The Bread Open-Air Museum in Ustronie Morskie is a building styled like a 19th-century cottage, where you can see bread baking in a 120-year-old bread oven and taste traditional bread according to old recipes. Here you can bake your own bread, see antique baking tools (millstones, butter churns, slicers), and participate in workshops. Note - guest opinions are quite divided, especially regarding the quality of dishes offered in the dining area.
